Turn Up combines elements of dance and fitness in a way that allows the class participants and instructor the freedom to take their experience to the next level without limits!
Not all cardio is created equal! The Turn Up is strategically created to foster a high intensity interval experience (HIIT). So, instead of one steady pace of cardio throughout the class, there will be high intensity spurts throughout the workout, along with active recovery moments, so that your body and mind are constantly being challenged!
In this HIlT inspired dance fitness workout, you will burn fat, build muscle, boost metabolism, and not only burn major calories during class, but continue to scorch them for hours after class finishes!
