Barre Body Sculpt is a ballet based workout performed at the barre, standing, and also on the floor. This workout incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and dance principles to build strength and flexibility with low impact exercises.
There is no specific choreography to learn and all levels are welcome. We will adjust the movements to your skill level! Just follow the counts and instructors directions.
Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and a yoga mat to this class. You may be barefoot or wear yoga socks.
